These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of any website, product, or service operated by Enovo Global, a brand of Enovo Tech (Pvt) Ltd ("Enovo Global," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to Enovo AI, Enovo CRM, Enovo HRM, Enovents, and any custom-engineered platform delivered under a client agreement. By accessing or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Products & Services

Enovo Global provides:

• Enovo AI — embeddable AI voice agent products
• Enovo CRM — customer relationship management software
• Enovo HRM — human resources management software
• Enovents — an event management and ticketing platform
• Custom website, SaaS, CRM, and API integration development
• Graphic design, SEO, social media marketing, content writing, and email marketing services

2. Accounts

Certain products require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Payments

Where a product or service requires payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Payments are processed via licensed third-party payment gateways. Our Refund Policy governs eligibility for refunds.

4. Event Registrations (Enovents)

When you register for an event through Enovents, you are entering into an arrangement with the event organizer for that specific event. Enovo Global provides the platform facilitating registration, payment, and check-in, but individual event terms, capacity, content, and conduct are the responsibility of the organizing business.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our products or services
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent our products without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with Enovo Global's products and websites remain the property of Enovo Global or its licensors, except where a custom client project agreement states otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enovo Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
